Rosanna Catapano
Hey! I’m Rosanna Catapano.
How does a former high school English teacher and mom of four break into the wedding industry? Great question. It’s kind of a long story, so I’ll tell you all about it over a cup of coffee or a cocktail.
I’m an “I’m-gonna-love-you-with-all-I’ve-got-even-if-that-means-kicking-you-in-the-ass-once-in-a-while” type of lady with an “I-know-what-you-need-before-you-know-you-need-it intuition,” which always serve my clients well. My sarcasm is strong, just like my coffee. I’m as loyal as they come—the kind of person you want on your side.
I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty, and I error on the side of doing too much because let’s face it, I’m a little EXTRA. I love to be in the background making magic happen because your wedding day is always about YOU and it’s never about me!
I’ve been married to the most amazing guy (my high school sweetheart) for 17 years and together we have a spirited crew of four amazing kids. When I’m not coordinating a wedding, I’m either in the kitchen cooking, watching our kids play sports, hosting a podcast with my husband (go check out The Relentless Pursuit Podcast!), walking our dog Stella, reading, or working out.
Amanda
Amanda unofficially joined the team in 2017 before Rosanna & Co. was an official wedding business. But after five years of assisting with weddings and events, Amanda will be leading 11 weddings for Rosanna & Co. in 2023.
She’ll obsess over escort card placement, count every chair against the floor plan, and help rally all your vendors on your big day.
When Amanda’s not coordinating a wedding, she’s homeschooling her four kids and loving on everyone she meets. She’s a Chicago girl through and through—a Cubs fan who never skips dessert; a lover of beer & bourbon, and Rosanna’s best friend.
Michelle
Returning to Rosanna & Co. for her second season, Michelle is a former teacher who is breaking into the wedding industry both with Rosanna & Co. and as an Account Executive for Marquee Event Rentals.
Michelle comes from a big Italian family and is a natural hostess-with-the-mostess. Girl knows how to throw a party. She also loves to golf with her husband (ask her about her YouTube channel) and only has eyes for her precious son!
Sarah
Back for her second season at Rosanna & Co., Sarah has over 15 years of experience in customer service and management at everyone’s favorite—Costco! That’s where she met her husband (and Rosanna’s brother) John. Yep! Sarah is Rosanna’s sister-in-law.
Her favorite part of a wedding day is watching the couple see each other for the first time as they make their way down the aisle.
This mom of three loves Jesus, Judge Judy, and kettlebells.
Theresa
New to Rosanna & Co. in 2023, Theresa joins the team with four years of experience in the hospitality industry. She was most recently the Director of Events at a local golf club. Theresa knows all about floor plans, BEOs, event set-up and strike, and collaborating with vendors.
Rosanna met Theresa in 2022 when she was a Rosana & Co. bride. Theresa’s personality, attention to detail, and event management experience made her the perfect candidate for taking the reigns as a wedding coordinator.
