Day of Coordination

PROCESS

begins well before your wedding day

no couple should have to leave their

carefully laid plans to chance.

Although the service is called “Day of Coordination” this process begins approximately one to three months prior to your wedding day. At that time, you will be assigned a lead coordinator who will take the reins of guiding you through the process of getting all your carefully laid plans and details squared away.

THROUGHOUT THE PLANNING PROCESS

We are here to answer any question you have, give referrals and advice, send you organizational tools and tips, encourage and support you through the final planning stages. We’ll laugh with you, and we’ll listen to you. We get it. Weddings can be stressful, but we are here to make this fun, exciting and enjoyable!

2 MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

Let’s meet! And talk ALL about your wedding day IN-PERSON! We will go over what vendor you’ve chosen, what details you are still working on, and what questions you still have. You’ll be assigned a lead coordinator (Rosanna or Amanda) and a coordination assistant because every wedding needs two of us!

2-4 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

We will meet again at your venue for your walkthrough. We can tour the space, discuss set-up and placement of any personal items, decor, etc., and we can answer any remaining questions you have.

1 WEEK BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

We’ll have a final details meeting (phone or in-person) to make any final adjustment to the timeline and tie up any loose ends.

DAY BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

The Rehearsal. We’ll be there to introduce ourselves to all key players, as well as give any final reminders to you and your “I Do Crew.” If needed, Rosanna & Co. can be the ones in charge of executing your rehearsal if it is not in a church, or if your officiant is unavailable. If you are doing a religious ceremony in a church, most churches have certain protocols regarding the rehearsal and how it is to be led/who is in charge, and Rosanna & Co. may not be needed.
