Our wedding day was perfection all because of Rosanna and her partner Amanda. They helped keep everyone on track and were the “go to” people if I needed anything. Not only did they come to our rehearsal at our church, organize schedules and checklists for everything we needed, line the wedding party up for the ceremony, but they set up our bubble machines, directed our guests where to go, and checked in continuously to make sure my husband and I needed anything! In addition, as we were taking pictures, Rosanna and Amanda headed to the reception hall to organize our decorations and help our wedding vision come to life. There are not enough words to explain how unbelievably grateful I am that I chose Rosanna & Amanda to help coordinate our wedding. I have never seen someone work so hard! And all with a smile on your faces. Every single thing that I asked for, you ladies nailed. The number of times you went out of your way for us, how often I saw you both going over and beyond and the dedication I saw to your work was breathtaking. You ladies tackled an outdoor wedding of 150 where almost everything was DIY. When it started down pouring 2 hours before the ceremony, you were so prepared. I loved how you kept in contact with me and helped us decide how to move forward. I watched you both hustle to wipe down chairs and make sure everything was dry for the ceremony. The white umbrellas were such a blessing to have, we will be sending you those pictures! There were a few times I saw you carrying my nephew, like he was your own, so my brother could walk down the aisle and yet still stayed productive. We had guests coming up to us all night and telling us how amazing you ladies were and how good of a job you were doing. They were just amazed at how hard you ladies were working. You could double your fees and still you would be worth more. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and I owe a lot of that to both of you. I am so grateful to you both. It was such a joy working with Rosanna on our wedding day!! We were one of those Covid couples that had a small wedding in 2020 and then had our big wedding in 2021. For the small wedding, I did not have a “day of planner” and I regretted it so much. I didn’t get to enjoy the day because I was the point person solving all of the problems. Can I give Rosanna more stars?? First, I want to say that I was unsure about even hiring planner. I wanted to do it myself. I thought I would save the money and my venue told me the coordinator there was enough. How wrong that was!! From the moment we started working with Rosanna I felt calmer, less stressed. She gave us vendor recommendations that saved us tons of money, organized our timeline, organized and set up our decor, and kept our vendors and people on track. But she did so much more than what your typical month of coordinator sells you. She truly made our wedding. Everything felt like a well-oiled machine and we didn’t have to worry about a thing! It was not only how she seemed to read our minds and know exactly what we wanted, made our vision for our wedding come true, but the little things as well: she would just be there with a bottle of water asking when the last time I had some water was, she fixed a crazy bustle when it was falling apart, she was sensitive to my now- husband’s anxiety and our huge families. She had such attention to detail, remembering important information about people in our party, coordinating all the vendors, and keeping everyone on task. She went above and beyond to make sure the day was special for us and it was! It was so nice to not have to worry about anything. To hand it off and have confidence that it would be taken care of as if I was doing it. I honestly don’t know that anyone else could have done it quite like her!

Rosanna was the best vendor that I worked with for my wedding. Rosanna and her assistant Amanda did a phenomenal job handling all the chaos that happened on our very rainy Chicago Wedding Day. Between tornado warnings, flooded city streets and viaducts, and unavoidable last minute changes, they were able to keep tabs on every single detail at every venue and with all our vendors. Rosanna was seriously THE BEST EVER. Very punctual at our on-site meetings and always very easy to get in touch with via email or text. She was super easy to work with– and all of my family and friends thought she was great too. Rosanna has a way of getting things done and telling people where they need to be without being rude. She never lost her composure once. I also really loved her assistant Amanda. My 1.5 year old daughter was crying before I had to change into my dress, and Amanda picked her up from me and carried her back to our room and put her down for a nap. If you are thinking about getting a day of coordinator, don’t think twice—and make sure you hire Rosanna and her team! I cannot put into words how amazing Rosanna was from the moment I contacted her. She met with me multiple times before the wedding to go over final details, preview the area for our first looks and pictures, and look at the church for layout confirmation. Rosanna coordinated with all my vendors and even pointed out important details that I missed during planning. For the rehearsal, she sent one of her assistants, who was wonderful. Her assistant made sure the rehearsal ran smoothly and every detail was covered. As for my wedding day, I don’t even know where to start. Rosanna and Amanda put my mind at ease the entire day. Rosanna made sure that we were on time all day and took care of EVERY detail so my family/friends, my husband, and I could all enjoy the day. We had a lot going on with 2 sites getting ready (the guys at the hotel and the girls at my parent’s house), a location for the first look/pictures, the ceremony at the church, and then the reception at the banquet hall. They made sure that everybody was exactly where they were supposed to be including my photographers, videographer, and party bus drivers. Rosanna and Amanda were prepared for ANYTHING! They even had TUMS when I had an upset stomach. They kept my ring bearers focused and entertained. They even took pictures and videos for us to look back on. I could go on and on! I will definitely be referring them to all of my friends and family!
