On Your Wedding Day

On  the day of your wedding, the team at Rosanna & Co. will be so familiar with you, your expectations, and your wedding details that we will have no problem making sure everything is exactly as you pictured it–from the color of your up-lights to the placement of your floral arrangements–we are there to make sure the execution is flawless.

day of logistics & Details
  • We start where and when you tell us — customized to your unique wedding day needs
  • We will check-in with you first thing in the morning to make sure you have what you need and that everything starts off the way it should
  • Be the point of contact for all vendors on the day of the wedding
  • Assist the bride and bridal party at getting ready location
  • Keep bridal party and family running on time & according to timeline
  • Pin on boutonnieres
  • Be present and coordinate vendor deliveries at ceremony & reception sites
  • Make sure ceremony space is set-up with items like programs, unity candles, floral arrangements, readings, aisle runners, exit bubbles/wands
  • Line up the bridal party and cue when to walk down the aisle 
  • Fix the bride’s train & veil & open the doors for bride’s entrance
  • Breakdown and pack-up personal items after ceremony
  • Update vendors as to any changes in timeline, order of speeches, etc.
  • Coordinate with the venue to ensure that all small details stated in the contract are taken care of properly
  • Double check floor plans, layouts and table seating for accuracy
  • Trouble-shoot any issues that may arise
  • Coordinate with caterer to manage details of food service
  • Ensure conversion from ceremony to reception goes according to schedule (if ceremony and reception are at the same venue)
  • Place any personal items: welcome signs, seating cards, menus, favors, personal décor items 
  • Coordinate with DJ/Band for entrances
  • Keep all cards and gifts safe during reception
  • Distribute any final payments & gratuities to vendors
  • Breakdown any and all remaining personal items at reception and box up all items at end of night

  • Come prepared with a bridal emergency kit with everything from Aspirin & Band-Aids to Tums, umbrellas & zip ties
  • Bottled water & extra long straws to keep the couple hydrated throughout the day
  • Kleenex placed on the pews/chairs where parents are sitting during the ceremony and some for the bride and groom
  • Crackers, crayons and suckers for the the special little people that are a part of your day (especially if we need to coax or smile or keep them quiet)
  • Help with stubborn buttons & bustles and taking out your veil
  • Facilitating a few moments alone together away from the wedding party,  family, and to-dos
  • Taking photos and videos all day long so you have something to view immediately after your wedding day
  • Keeping your touch-up kit & lipstick in our fanny packs
  • Holding on to phones, keys & valuables
  • A plate of your cocktail hors d’oeuvres saved for you
  • Your drink of choice handed to you while you mingle
  • Taking care of the entire vendor team–lending a hand with their set-up, ensuring they have what they need, making sure they get a hot meal
  • Cleaning up the wedding suite from the morning’s chaos
