Day of Coordination
PROCESS
begins well before your wedding day
no couple should have to leave their
carefully laid plans to chance.
Think that your Wedding Coordinator just shows up on the day of your wedding? Think again! The wedding coordination process at Rosanna & Co. begins two months prior to your wedding day.
THROUGHOUT THE PLANNING PROCESS
We are here to answer any question you have, give referrals and advice, send you organizational tools and tips, encourage and support you through the final planning stages. We’ll laugh with you, and we’ll listen to you. We get it. Weddings can be stressful, but we are here to help make this fun, exciting and enjoyable!
2 MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING
You’ll be assigned your leader planner & coordination assistant and it’ll be finally time to meet and talk ALL about your wedding day IN-PERSON! By then, we will have a copy of all your venue and vendor contracts and will begin with a working draft of your wedding day timeline. We’ll chat about your vendors, your venue, your vision, what details you are still working on, and what questions you still have. And after, you’ll have a working to-do list as your make your final push to the wedding day.
2-4 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING
We will meet again at your venue for your walkthrough. We can tour the space, discuss set-up and placement of any personal items, decor, etc., and we can answer any remaining questions you have.
1 WEEK BEFORE YOUR WEDDING
We’ll have a final details check-in to make any final adjustment to the timeline and tie up any loose ends.
DAY BEFORE YOUR WEDDING
The Rehearsal. We’ll be there to introduce ourselves to all key players, as well as give any final reminders to you and your “I Do Crew.” If needed, Rosanna & Co. can be the ones in charge of executing your rehearsal if it is not in a church, or if your officiant is unavailable. If you are doing a religious ceremony in a church, most churches have certain protocols regarding the rehearsal and how it is to be led/who is in charge, and Rosanna & Co. may not be needed.
